Wellfield Medical Centre
The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of health and adult social care services in England. They also protect the interests of people whose rights are restricted under the Mental Health Act.
To help improve and maintain the quality of services all health care providers must work to 28 set outcomes that ensures the best possible care is being offered to patients in the best possible environment.
